Anterior of foot is broad and straight or slightly curved. Sole and, dorsally, broad anterior border lack dark pigment. Yellow of internal organs is visible. Dark epipodium (1-1) with plicate edge runs along each side of foot and supports operculum (2). Epipodia unite on metapodium to posterior of operculum. Mantle (3) lining inhalent anterior sinus. Exhalent region (4) of mantle cavity; with glandular ovipositor (v) on side of foot. Side of sole reflected upwards (5) in this image.
