08 Atalodoris sparsa

Frontal view of rhinophores; apex truncated, translucent pale, as ground colour of mantle, with widely spaced, oblique lamellae which often have dark pigment, but not in this case.

The spawn is a thick ribbon, attached edge-on onto Cellepora pumicosa in a spiral line in August and possibly other months.
