The radula is created in a semi-translucent sac (1) .
Its exposed anterior, widened into a hyaline shield (2) rests on the dorsum of the odontophore .
The teeth incline backwards until, at the anterior, the radula bends over the front of the odontophore (3) so that the front row of four teeth are inclined forwards like a chisel (4).
