The flat head and its smooth, tapering cephalic tentacles are white with opaque white stipple. The anterior of the head is widely truncated as it has no exterior snout.
1: short yellow, inverted proboscis within the semi-transparent head.
2: pale spot marks opening for eversion of proboscis for feeding. True mouth with odontophore and radula is at the (inner) end of the inverted proboscis when not in use.
3: yellowish white penis.
