Smooth surface has no tentacles or tubercles. The head is concealed below a rectangular cephalic shield (1) which is fused to the mantle (2). Tuft of three, brown, simple gills (3) protrudes from below the posterior right of the mantle. Metapodium (4) extended well beyond the posterior of the mantle. Foot protruded a little into view laterally (5). Foot has a broad medial black-brown band (6).
