12 Aeolidiella sanguinea COMPARE Aeolidiella alderi

The reddish tinting of the translucent body and cerata of this atypical Aeolidiella alderi could cause misidentification as A. sanguinea but the prominent white anterior ruff, un-tinted by red, is typical of A. alderi, and there is opaque whitish pigment on the tip of an oral tentacle.
