All aperture-lips bright white. 12 to 15 strong costal ribs on each spire-whorl. Body-whorl has 10 to 13 ribs including the wide, labial varix (1). Deep spiral gutter near base of the body-whorl(2). White exterior of the siphonal canal has up to 12 spiral ridges but no costal ribs(3).
