Flattened head ventrally has a circular rhynchostome (false mouth) (1) with slit which opens for eversion of the pleurembolic proboscis (2) which can extend to 150% length of the shell; there is no permanently external snout. Pink buccal mass (3) with short radula within the partially everted translucent proboscis. Cephalic tentacle (4). Respiratory inhalent siphon (5).
