Dorsal, ventral and lateral views and enlarged lateral view of anterior. 1: translucent shell showing dark-blotched, dull orange mantle within. 2: posterior pallial lobe, dorsal. 3: posterior pallial lobe, ventral; less yellowish than sole; often mistaken for posterior of foot. 4: dark freckled yellowish white sole with no discernible dividing line between it and the parapodia. 5: parapodia; when fully extended, their lobes meet dorsally for a short distance with slight or no overlap. 6: cephalic lobes on head not pronounced and ear-like. 7: cephalic shield. 8: sensory oral palps. 9: dorsal surface of anterior of foot. 10: open mouth and radula. 11: yellowish slit between oral palps leading to mouth.
