1: stem of Aglaophenia pluma.
2: edge of foot curved round stem of A. pluma.
3: brown pigment on foot is similar colour and width to the A. pluma stem.
4: oral veil flap folded back onto foot.
5: pale dorsolateral band.
The cerata often have irregular brown marks and streaks on the surface in addition to those on the apices of the tubercles.
