11 Atalodoris cf. inconspicua COMPARISON Atalodoris sparsa

The mantle of Atalodoris sparsa is pinkish white with large areas of brown pigment covering most of it except for the majority of tubercles (1) and whitish pink strap-like gaps (2) between the blocks of brown. The orange-brown digestive gland shows through the slightly translucent mantle as a darker dorsal zone from the gills (3) to the rhinophores (4), which have up to nine, broad, widely spaced lamellae with brown marks.
