Outer lip everted at base to form slight spout (1) and then continues up the abapertural edge of the columellar groove. Translucent periostracum projects beyond aperture lip, tints shell yellowish except at apex (2) where absent exposing white shell.
Translucent shell tinted by aquamarine mantle within (3). Basal section of outer lip almost straight (4).
Juvenile, height 3 mm. Menai Strait. July 2013.
