Upper: Smooth-edged, slightly undulated, yellow cephalic lappets between bases of cephalic tentacles (1). Eye-peduncle dorsally yellow (2).
Shell height 10.1 mm, breadth 12.8 mm.
Lower: Brownish grey cephalic lappets (3). Eye-peduncle dorsally and laterally brown and orange (4). Contracted black snout transversely wrinkled (5). Long cephalic tentacles, whitish tinted faint-purplish, with encircling black/ purple rings, dense fine setae and a dorsal median groove (6).
