Non- buoyant ova spilling off exhalent right neck-lobe. Animal photographed on vertical surface, yellow-green mass of out-of-focus ova at base of surface. Spawning triggered by rise in temperature when brought from refrigerator into heated room, so not evidence for February spawning in the Menai Strait.
