These juveniles (GS3) were observed on sublittoral fronds of L. saccharina . They had nearly-transparent, blue-rayed, low, smooth, streamlined shells, cut way at the anterior, similar to British examples. The largest of the three specimens may have just commenced growth at the anterior as it reaches maturity (GS4).
