52 Tritia reticulata COMPARE Tritia nitida

Protoconch whorls (1) and angle of palatal lip with siphonal canal (2) are features used for differentiating T. reticulata from T. nitida, but other features need to be used when they are broken (1) or worn away (2)  as on this specimen.
